*REQUIREMENTS*

• Minimum of SSCE

• Previous working experience as Pastry Chef

• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Great attention to detail and creativity

• Plan, implement and manage daily operations

• Suggest new menu items

• Understand customers’ preferences and make suggestions based on findings.

• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as chops , cookies, finger foods and mini pies.

• Have good knowledge in use of ovens and other equipments used in baking.

• Must have a Credible Guarantor.
