Our client (a senator) is in need of a “Female Chef” in her resident at Apo legislative quarters.

• The Female chef will be in full control of the kitchen and the flow of food.

• The female chef will cook base on Oga and visitors’ orders and always present food in a professional manner.

PAYMENT:100k and above depending on the capabilities and experience of the chef

 Slot: 1 good Chef is enough.

       JOB DESCRIPTION

• The chef will perform both cooking and taking care of the kitchen’s sanitation and also make meals specifically based on orders for the “boss” and visitors.

 

• Creating new recipes,updating menu to meet up with modern continental standard and maintaining quality control.

 

Work Schedule:Negotiatiable

 

*REQUIREMENTS*

>Minimum of SSCE 

>Must have work in a restaurant/hotel/ restaurant

>Must have minimum of 5years experience as a practical chef.

>Fluent in English.

> Medically fit 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Prepare awesome meals as ordered by boss/visitors.

 

·      Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.

 

·      Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.

 

·      Check food and ingredients for freshness.

 

·      Arrange and garnish dishes.

 

·      Work well under pressure and within the time limit.

 

·      Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.

 

·      Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.

 

·      Abel to handle work in a fast-paced environment.

 

·      Must have a credible guarantor

 

N:B Chef will also be in full control of the kitchen without external interference so she must possess:

 

• Emotional intelligence 

• Innovative and creative 

• Excellent culinary artist 

 

NB: Must have quality presentation as cooking nice meals plus presentation is key
