Job Title: Human Resource Manager(HRM)
Location: Wuse 2 Abuja
Responsibilities
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation/ induction to foster positive attitude toward the company goals
• Manage employee data and prepare report on employee turnover rate.
• Handle employee relations issues and carry out disciplinary actions
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and ensures effective administration
• Handle all personnel transactions such as leave request, absenteeism confirmations, promotions, transfers.
• Administer benefits programs such as health (HMO), pension plans, sick leave, leave of absence.
• Provide support in performance management activities
• Administer performance appraisals, prepare appraisals reports and implement all recommended actions
• Prepare training calendar and administer trainings as needed
• Assist in termination paperwork and exit interviews
• Support on the day-to-day HR functions
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,Psychology or any other social discipline
• 2-5 years experience in human resources / personnel management / administrative functions in a reputable organization or reputable organizations
• Relevant professional qualifications of regulatory bodies like CIPMN, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD
• Have an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, tact, and diplomacy
• Can work comfortably with Microsoft excel and power-point
• People oriented and results driven.
• Have excellent communication, people skills and aptitude in problem-solving
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Ability to train and impact knowledge on candidates
