Our client who operate an exotic restaurant and bar is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Mixologist to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.

A good Mixologist that will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer’s needs and expectations.

Renumeration: 60k and tips from guest.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

• Interact with guest,take orders and serve snacks and drinks .🍸 🍷 🍹

• Assess Customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.

• Plan and present bar menu.

• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements:

• Resume and proven working experience as a Mixologist .

• Excellent knowledge of mixing,garnishing and serving drinks.

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skill.

• Computer literacy.

• Ability to keep bar organized, stocked and clean.

• Training certificate is an added advantage.
