JOB DESCRIPTION
• The chef will perform both cooking and taking care of the kitchen’s sanitation and also make meals specifically based on orders for the “boss” and visitors.
• Creating new recipes,updating menu to meet up with modern continental standard and maintaining quality control.

REQUIREMENTS
>Minimum of SSCE
>Must have work in a restaurant/hotel/ restaurant.
> Medically fit
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare awesome meals as ordered by boss/visitors.
· Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
· Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
· Check food and ingredients for freshness.
sure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
· Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
· Abel to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have a credible guarantor
N:B Chef will also be in full control of the kitchen without external interference so she must possess:

• Excellent culinary artist
