Executive Assistant (Legal)

 RESPONSIBILITIES
• Structure, draft and vet complex commercial/property agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide assistance to the Managing Partner in analyzing, responding and sending out communications to clients (property managers).
• Manage the daily administration of the Managing Partner’s Office.
• Manage sensitive matters and information.
• Coordinate internal and external correspondence and communication relating to all business interests.
• Coordinate the development of periodic activity reports relating to all projects and business interests and bring them to the Managing Partner’s attention.
• Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing process.
• Ensure availability of resource requirements and work tools.
• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
• Maintain Managing Partner schedules, organize and attend meetings, etc.
COMPETENCIES
• Very good understanding of CAC procedures and documentation.
• In-depth understanding of company management and secretarial duties.
• Working knowledge of processes of company registration.
• Ability to draft and vet complex commercial/property agreements with little or no supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented individual with good reporting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
• Integrity, honesty and proactiveness are very key values to our client.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor’s Degree in Law (ideal candidate must already be called to the Nigerian Bar).
    Six (6) to ten (10) years’ work experience in legal practice.
    Experience in property and real estate law will be an added advantage.
    Experience in administrative support for a top management personnel of a reputable institution.
Human Resource Manager

 RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement the school’s HR strategy in line with leading practice applicable to the school as well as overall business goals and objectives.
• Prepare HR annual business plan and operating expense budget.
• Provide a framework and technical support for all recruitment needs of the school.
• Develop and champion implementation of an objective employee performance management process for the school.
• Provide advice and coaching to staff members on all people related issues.
• Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from relevant Function Heads.
• Administer staff benefits program - pension scheme, compensation, etc.
• Responsible for managing employee relations.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in the documentation of periodic management reports such as staff leave, turn-over, etc. for management decision making.
• Manage staff exit interviews.
COMPETENCIES
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of HR strategy, policy development and implementation.
• Very good knowledge of the components and new thinking in human resource capital management (manpower sourcing, placement, learning and development, performance management, career management, reward and recognition, retention and exit management, succession planning etc.).
• Understanding of local labour and employment legislations.
• Diplomacy, maturity and tact, including the ability to relate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences or related field.
    Professional qualification (e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel Management - CIPM).
    Eight (8) to ten (10) years’ work experience with at least five (5) years in a similar position within human resources within a school.

School Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accountable for overseeing the maintenance, security, and physical condition of the school facilities and campus.
• Oversee management of all projects undertaken at the school including building and construction work, scholarship programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Provide progress report periodically on all on-going projects in the school.
• Represent the interest of the founders and the Board on projects and other administrative activities in the school.
• Provide technical advice/ support on all matters relating to procurement, including but not limited to sourcing and evaluating of vendors, market analysis and pricing as well as quality assurance of supplies.
• Champion the optimal maintenance of school facilities and grounds to ensure effective and efficient use by staff and student of the school.
• Ensure that school facilities and activities comply with all relevant government regulations and environmental, health and security standards at all times.
• Proactively engage the Board/ relevant Committee of the Board on facilities and welfare condition/needs of the school.

    First degree in education/business administration.
    Postgraduate/relevant professional qualification Education Administration and (or) Project Management/Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
    Eight (8) to ten (10) years’ work experience with at least five (5) years in school administration management in a co-educational institution.
